Dan Brinkman
Vice President
A Madison native, Dan has excelled in the property management field since 1986. He joined DSI Real Estate Group in 1994 as Manager of Property Management Services, responsible for the operations of the residential and commercial property management divisions. His position continued to expand and eventually included development, leasing and brokerage for DSI, as well as oversight of the then-fledgling mortgage brokerage InterLink Funding Corporation. In 1998 he was named Vice President of both companies.
Dan oversees all facets of InterLink Funding LLC, including personnel, training, finance and operations. It is through his vision and management style that InterLink continues to improve and expand, building a solid reputation in the industry and maintaining a strong position in the marketplace.

John Patti
CFP(r), Home Mortgage Specialist
John Patti is a life-long Madison resident, graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Madison, and holds the professional designation of Certified Financial Planner. John brings more than 20 years of experience in the financial services industry and 16 years in the lending industry.
To keep informed of the most recent updates and changes in the mortgage field, John participates in continuing education courses through the American Institute of Banking and the College for Financial Planning. He is also a member of the National Association of Mortgage Brokers and the Wisconsin Mortgage Brokers Association.
John enjoys working individually with his customers to learn about their unique financing situations and provides them with the best possible loan products to suit their individual needs. Jason Weber

Jason brings more than nine years of lending experience to our team along with a degree in Business Finance and solid background in both finance and banking. Jason ranks as one of the top loan originators in Wisconsin, securing more than $222 million in loans in the past four years, with each year being more successful than the last. He pairs that accomplishment with a strong reputation for providing excellent customer service and has helped thousands of customers with financing their homes, second homes and/or investment properties.
Jason continues to search for innovative loan programs and technological advancements to serve his customers. He attends yearly conferences and continuing education as a member of both National Association of Mortgage Brokers and Wisconsin Association of Mortgage Brokers. He also likes to stay active in the community and is a member of the McFarland Lion's Club.

Bryan Bazan
Home Mortgage Specialist
Bryan joins the team with more than ten years of experience in management, cost analysis, sales, customer service and information distribution with global companies. His easy-going manner, great communication skills and tireless dedication to his customers' needs have made a name for him in the mortgage business--as he tripled his loan volume between 2005 and 2006!
A graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater with a degree in Finance, Bryan continues to expand his knowledge through professional development and continuing education through the National Association of Mortgage Brokers and Wisconsin Association of Mortgage Brokers. A McFarland native, he remains active in the area as a member of the Lions Club and his neighborhood association, as well as a coach of area youth sports.

Vicki Mayer

Vicki joined InterLink in October of 2002 as a mortgage loan processor and moved into her present role as Customer Service Specialist in 2005. With more than 15 years of experience in finance, sales, administration and customer service positions, she handles Interlink's systems administration, continuity, compliance, vendor relations, customer service, marketing and work flow management. With her experience in all facets of the business, Vicki is available to help you with any situation that may arise during the loan process--be it resolving issues, answering your questions or following up with you after your closing. Roni joined InterLink in December of 2004 with more than four years of experience in real estate related fields , including working as a loan closer for a local title company. She continues to develop her professional skills through seminars and courses. With her hands on knowledge of all facets of the home buying process, Roni is able to effectively manage each loan's unique circumstances. She particularly enjoys being a part of the exciting process of buying or refinancing a home and helping people understand their loan terms and closing steps.

Camy Retzl
Loan Officer Assistant
Camy began her career at InterLink in April of 2005 with experience in banking, accounting and customer service. She assists Jason Weber with all facets of daily operations including scheduling, follow up, documentation, marketing and investor relations. Camy holds a history and sociology degree from a liberal arts college in Iowa and continues her professional development through additional college courses and seminars.
